Dalhousie Pain Network Speaker Series

camozzi.jpgThe Dalhousie Pain Network Speaker Series is an initiative that has been growing since October 2003. This series of lectures aims to raise awareness about the mechanisms and management of pain across the lifespan. The objective is to invite international experts to address scientists, clinicians and trainees in the Dalhousie community on topics related to pain. This initiative will foster increased collaboration among research scientists, improve knowledge translation from bench to bedside and will improve patient care. A diversity of subjects will be presented.  Speakers who will attract basic and clinical scientists from the larger community at Dalhousie will be chosen. Currently the Dalhousie Pain Network Speaker Series host two events each year.
